ما فائدة هذه الشاشة؟

تستخدم شاشة الاستبدال عندما يرغب العميل بإرجاع صنف واستلام صنف آخر بدلًا منه مع احتساب الفرق المالي إن وجد.

كيف تستخدمها؟

• ابدأ من الفاتورة الأصلية أو عملية البيع السابقة.
• حدد الصنف المرتجع والكميات.
• أضف الصنف الجديد المطلوب للعميل.
• راجع الفرق المالي بين المرتجع والبديل.
• أكمل العملية واطبع المستند النهائي.

نصائح مهمة

• تحقق من الأسعار الحالية قبل اعتماد الاستبدال.
• اشرح للعميل أي فرق مالي بوضوح قبل الإتمام.

What is this screen for?

Use the exchange screen when a customer returns an item and takes another item instead, with any price difference calculated automatically.

How do you use it?

• Start from the original invoice or previous sale.
• Select the returned item and quantity.
• Add the replacement item requested by the customer.
